COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE COURSE AND OUTCOMES OF PREGNANCY IN PATIENTS WITH UNDIFFERENTIATED CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA AFTER USING CONVENTIONAL AND PERSONALIZED PRECONCEPTION PREPARATION

Background. Preparation for pregnancy in patients with extragenital pathology is an important problem of current obstetrics. Purpose. To perform comparative assessment the course and outcomes undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD) after using conventional personalized preconception preparation. Material methods. A total 262 were examined, including 159 UCTD. Group I (the main group) included 125 minor heart abnormalities at least 4 signs dysplasia, who underwent generally accepted preparation: folic acid – 400 μg/day, potassium iodide 200 μg/day orally 3 months. II intervention consisted 34 received orally, months, Mg2+ preparations a dose 300 mg/day, glycine –400 multivitamin complex containing vitamin B1 (10 mg/day), B2 B6 E (400 mg/day) III control 103 without UCTD standard amount The evaluation effectiveness preparation was carried out according to criteria evidence-based medicine. Relative risk (RR), relative reduction (RRR), absolute (ARR), number needed treatment prevent 1 adverse outcome (NNT), odds ratio (OR) particular calculated. Results study. In group, statistically significant results obtained terms reducing developing threatened miscarriage preterm birth as well isthmic-cervical isufficiency. Conclusions.
